01Is SlashResumex really free?
Yes. All 18 templates, PDF downloads, the ATS checker and backups are free, with no watermarks, no download limits and no paid plan.
02Do I need to create an account?
No. Open the site and start building. There is no sign-up, no email and no password.
03Where is my resume stored?
In your own browser, on your device. SlashResumex has no account system and doesn't upload your resume to a server. Clearing your browser data removes it, so download a backup from Settings → Data & privacy.
04Can I use it on another device?
Resumes don't sync between devices automatically. Download a backup (or a resume's JSON) on one device and restore it on the other.
05Will my resume get past applicant tracking systems?
Every template exports a text-based PDF with the words in reading order, which is what applicant tracking systems (ATS) need to parse a resume. The free ATS checker shows the text software extracts from any PDF and what to fix.
